Payments, visits & support

Baba is a fictional AI character offering digital entertainment through MRJ Tech LLP. Live payment collection is currently disabled while Razorpay website approval and payment tests are completed.

₹1 per visit

When payments open, a customer explicitly chooses ₹1 INR or a higher amount through Razorpay hosted checkout. ₹1 is the default and minimum; paying more is entirely optional and grants exactly the same visit, with no extra time, credits, priority, benefits or wallet balance. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, automatic debit, tip or donation. Approximately US$0.01 is an indicative reference only, not a separate USD price. The charged amount is the exact amount the customer chooses, shown in INR before payment. Merchant processing fees are borne by MRJ Tech LLP; a customer’s bank may apply its own conversion charges.

A visit ends after 10 minutes without activity on this website. Refreshing or navigating on the same browser during an active visit does not require payment again. A new visit requires a new, explicit payment. The server checks captured payment before granting access. The verified administrator has free access. Reading outcomes are not guaranteed; see privacy and entertainment terms.

Marriage Matching — ₹15 per separate visit

The Marriage Matching tab has a separate, fixed ₹15 INR visit price. A ₹1 Baba visit does not include Marriage Matching, and voluntarily paying ₹15 or more in the ordinary Baba tab does not buy Marriage Matching. A matching visit does not include the separate ordinary Baba visit. Each service has its own 10-minute inactivity clock, browser-bound captured-payment check and Restore payment control. Admin access remains free. While payment approval is pending, Marriage Matching is also available as a free preview; no charge is taken. When enabled, the checkout clearly names Marriage Matching and charges ₹15 only after the customer explicitly chooses to pay.

Matching compares two adults’ calculated natal placements and provides an AI interpretation. It is not a calculated Ashtakoota/Guna score or a guarantee of relationship success. Do not base a marriage decision solely on this reading. Submit another person’s birth details only with their permission. The same delivery, support and refund process below applies to both services.

Delivery & payment recovery

Access is delivered digitally after Razorpay confirms capture. There is no physical shipping. If checkout closes after a bank debit, use Restore payment before paying again. An authorised or pending transaction is not yet a captured payment. Confirmation can be delayed by the bank or payment service. Access is tied to the current browser’s first-party cookie, not an account or IP address. Clearing cookies, private browsing or switching devices can prevent automatic restoration; contact support with the order/payment reference for assistance.

Problems, duplicate payments & refunds

If you were charged but could not obtain access, were charged twice for the same intended visit, or need help with a payment, email rigeshj@gmail.com with the payment reference, date and a description. Never send card numbers, CVV, passwords or OTPs. We will review delivery and payment records and assist with restoration or an eligible refund. No refund is initiated automatically by this website. Processing and bank credit times depend on Razorpay and the payment provider. Nothing here removes rights available under applicable consumer law.
